ACHIEVEMENTS AND INFORMATION
We acted for an interstate property syndicate on the acquisition of a major CBD office building, including preparing a due diligence report and attending to the ongoing leasing.
Acting for the developer of Gungahlin Square, we attended to the sale of the commercial, retail and residential units.
We have acted on both the acquisition and sale of ACT rural leases.
We have provided a major financier with detailed advice and assistances on the ACT Land Rent Legislation.
