Alan Bradbury – Legal Director

Alan was the national president of the Australian Institute of Administrative Law between 2008 and 2010 and is a former national president of the National Environmental Law Association. For many years Alan chaired the ACT Environment Protection Technical Advisory Commitee.
Alan has coached several mock trial teams at Canberra Girls Grammar School including the winners of the 2008 NSW mock trial competition.
For the past 10 years, Alan has lectured in Environmental Land Use Planning and Assessment Law at the Australian National University.
Mark Love – Legal Director

For over ten years Mark Love has been a lecturer in the Company Directors course offered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ diploma course, lecturing on directors’ duties and responsibilities, intellectual property and contracts.
Mark has also been active in supporting the Canberra community, being a founder of Revolve Limited, the community waste recycling company holding salvage rights at Canberra tip faces and having founded CREEDA, which owned and ran the Canberra Business Incubators at Downer, Narrabundah and Erindale. Over many years, Mark supported the NIES backed “Youth Business Initiative”, mentoring youth into operating their own businesses and lectured and mentored for the ACT Enterprise Workshop.

- Deputy Chairman of the Exhibition Park in Canberra, an ACT Government Enterprise
- Junior Vice President of the Canberra Highland Society and Burns Club Limited.
David Toole – Legal Director

Home Help Service Inc is a community sector not for profit organisation that provides quality in-house support to the elderly, frail, aged and people with disabilities and their carers. Home Help Services has a total staff of over 1000 people and an annual budget of several million dollars.
David Toole is a councillor of the ACT Division of the Property Council of Australia.
For a number of years David has provided legal support to Centacare (now Catholic Care) including its involvement with Ainslie Village and in relation to its participation with the Relationships Australia Centre in the ACT.
David has also assisted a number of charitable organisations have their charitable gift status confirmed by the Taxation Office including Dymocks Literary Foundation and the Bali Victims Foundation.
John Wilson – Legal Director

John Wilson was a board member of the ACT & Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry for many years. He is a former vice-president of that organisation, and was a councillor of the Confederation of ACT Industry before the merger of two organisations to form the present Chamber.
John is currently a director of the charity Focus Incorporated, which provides supported accommodation for disabled persons.
Margaret Morton – Chief Executive Officer
Margaret has held CEO positions in the not-for-profit sector including St Vincent de Paul, St John Ambulance Australia and Carers ACT.
Margaret has worked as a consultant in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors, and has been a lecturer at a Canberra university. She was inducted into the Who’s Who of Australian Women in 2005 for her work in the non-for-profit sector.
